keny labs（以下「当方」といいます）は、当方が提供する iOS アプリケーション「スポレコ」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザーの個人情報および利用情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。
本アプリでは、以下の情報を取得することがあります。
本アプリで入力されたメンバー名、競技記録、会場名、セッションタイトル等は、お使いの端末内（および後述の iCloud）に保存されます。これらの情報は当方のサーバーには送信されません。
ユーザーが iCloud にサインインしている場合、本アプリのデータは Apple 社が提供する CloudKit を介してユーザー自身の iCloud プライベートデータベースに同期されます。当方および第三者はこのデータにアクセスできません。詳細は Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
セッション終了時（「保存してリセット」ボタン押下時）に、サービス改善および利用状況把握を目的として、以下の匿名集計情報を当方が利用するバックエンドサービス（Supabase）に送信します。
送信される情報には、メンバー名、会場名、個別の競技スコア、メールアドレス、Apple ID などの個人を特定しうる情報は含まれません。
本アプリは Google 社が提供するモバイル広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しており、ユーザーの興味に応じた広告を表示することがあります。AdMob は広告配信のために以下の情報を取得することがあります。
iOS 14.5 以降では、本アプリ初回起動時に「トラッキングの許可」を求めるダイアログ（App Tracking Transparency）が表示されます。ユーザーが拒否を選択した場合、IDFA を用いたパーソナライズ広告は配信されず、非パーソナライズ広告のみが表示されます。本アプリの機能には一切影響しません。

ユーザーから当方にメール等で問い合わせがあった場合、その際に提供されたメールアドレスおよびメール本文を、お問い合わせ対応のためにのみ使用します。
当方は、以下の場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。
本アプリ内の「全データをリセット」機能を利用することで、端末内および iCloud 上の本アプリ関連データを削除できます。
Supabase に送信された匿名集計データは、個人を特定できない形で蓄積されており、個別のユーザーからの削除要請にはお応えできない場合があります。
広告関連情報の管理・削除については、iOS 設定の「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」および「Apple 広告」をご利用いただくか、Google のプライバシーツールをご利用ください。

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、本アプリ内または当方のウェブサイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデート時等にお知らせします。

keny labs ("we" or "us") hereby sets forth the following Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information and usage information in the iOS application "Spo Rec" (the "App") provided by us.
The App may collect the following information.
Member names, match records, venue names, session titles, and similar information entered into the App are stored on your device (and in iCloud as described below). This information is not transmitted to our servers.
If you are signed in to iCloud, App data is synced to your own iCloud private database via CloudKit, provided by Apple Inc. Neither we nor any third party can access this data. For details, please refer to Apple's privacy policy.
At the end of a session (when you press the "Save and Reset" button), the following anonymous aggregate information is sent to our backend service provider (Supabase) for the purposes of service improvement and understanding usage trends.
The information sent does not include any personally identifiable information such as member names, venue names, individual activity scores, email addresses, or Apple IDs.
The App uses "Google AdMob," a mobile advertising service provided by Google LLC, and may display advertisements based on users' interests. AdMob may collect the following information for ad delivery:
On iOS 14.5 and later, you will be asked for "Tracking permission" (App Tracking Transparency) on first launch. If you decline, personalized ads using IDFA will not be served and only non-personalized ads will be displayed. App functionality is not affected in any way.

We will not disclose collected information to third parties except in the following cases.
You can delete all App-related data on your device and in iCloud by using the "Reset All Data" function within the App.
Anonymous aggregate data sent to Supabase is stored in a form that cannot identify individuals. As such, we may not be able to honor deletion requests from individual users.
To manage or delete advertising-related information, please use iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising, or use Google's privacy tools.

The App is not directed at any specific age group. If a child under 13 uses the App, please ensure they do so under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or guardian.
We may change this Policy as necessary. Any changes take effect from the time the updated Policy is posted within the App or on our website. We will notify users of significant changes through App updates or similar means.
